You will be charged at the time of your first order of Keeps treatment, and then every time one of your refills process.
Because we never want Keeps customers to run out of treatment, we process your second refill 75 days after your first 90 day supply is processed. This allows our pharmacy time to process the order, and the postal system time to get the order to you, before you run out.
All subsequent refills are processed 90 days after the previous refill. You can view your next refill date on the treatment page of your Keeps account.
To adjust your refill date, visit your Keeps account or contact us by:
- Texting us at 833-745-3377 from 10am ET to 6pm ET
- Chatting us by clicking "Support" in the bottom right corner of Keeps.com
- Emailing us help@keeps.com
