If the camera on your mobile device isn't working on keeps.com, you may need to adjust your settings.
If you have an iPhone, you can try setting your browser to allow your camera to access keeps.com by going to Settings > Safari > Camera & Microphone Access (in the Privacy & Security Section).
For a Samsung device, you can allow your camera to access Keeps by going to Settings, selecting the browser you use (e.g. Safari or Chrome), then selecting Permissions, and turning camera on.
You can also upload photos directly from a desktop or laptop if you continue to have difficulties with your phone. To do this, click the "Upload Photos" link under the "Open Camera" button on the Keeps photos page of your consultation.
