If you live in a state where Keeps offers telemedicine, you can get a new Rx directly from your Keeps doctor. We'll reach out to you for updated information before your 4th refill to ensure you don't miss any treatment.
If you live in a state where Keeps cannot offer telemedicine services, you'll need to visit a doctor in person to receive a new Rx.
What information do I give to my doctor?
Provide your doctor with the following information when you request your refill:

*If your plan includes minoxidil, you do not need a prescription from your doctor, but you will not receive it unless your finasteride renewal is prescribed.
**Prescriptions filled through the Keeps pharmacy must be for 90-day supplies, otherwise we will not be able to process your order.
***Please note we are a subscription-based company. Please let us know how many refills your prescription is for so we ensure you will not be billed after your prescription is out. For reference, 3 refills is the standards.
Do I need a prescription for minoxidil?
If your plan includes minoxidil, you do not need a prescription from your doctor, but you will not receive it unless your finasteride renewal is prescribed.
What do I do with the new prescription?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org once you have seen your doctor and he or she has issued your prescription. We will need to communicate this to our pharmacy to ensure your order is processed. Please make sure to let us know how many refills your prescription is for so we ensure you will not be billed after your prescription is out.
What should I do if my medical history’s changed?
You need to call our customer care team at 833-745-3377 and let them about any changes to your health or medical history.
I thought Keeps was all about convenience — why do I have to go to the doctor this year?
Unfortunately, changing state regulations are out of our control. If your state doesn’t allow telemedicine, we’re unable to renew your prescription online. Instead, you’ll have to visit a doctor in person to get your refill.
